Timothy Steele

Job Titles:
  • Financial Advisor
Bio I currently hold my series 65 license and recently joined HBW as an Adviser. I have been married to my beautiful, strong and patient wife (Guillermina) since 2012 and we have 3 wonderful children (Elijah, Ethan, and Elizabeth). We are expecting a fourth child due fall 2021. Having come from a family of teachers and served a couple of years in the public school system, I have a passion for working with people in order to help them learn, mature and meet goals. I have been a coach, missionary, teacher, private business owner, and also worked in the corporate environment as an analyst for about 7 years before entering my work as an advisor with HBW. I have a plethora of life experience to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. My core values of integrity, compassion, perseverance and excellence drive my life and work. I hold two undergraduate degrees, one of which is in Pastoral Ministry. I am ecstatic to bring my passion of helping others become all they were meant to be to the financial world. Money is not the end game, but it is a means to the end game: caring for people. My passion for finance started during my undergraduate studies when I learned in my Church Administration class that many pastors have a great heart and desire to help others, but often lack critical administrative and financial planning skills needed to create a flourishing non-profit organization. Eventually this led to me going back to school to pursue a greater understanding of both business and finance; hence getting my MBA with a concentration in finance. I now feel my calling and vocation is to help others build a successful financial future so they can properly care for their families/organizations and be empowered to live generously. My ambition is to lead by example. I am excited to build a legacy of helping people reach their goals and live to their fullest potential one person at a time. Hobbies and Interests: Running, hiking, camping, Oakland A's, football, traveling, weight lifting, mission work, humanitarian work, videography, guitar, singing and many more. Most importantly spending quality time with family and friends. My core values of integrity, compassion, perseverance and excellence drive my life and work. I hold two undergraduate degrees and am ecstatic to bring my passion of helping others become all they were meant to be to the financial world.
