Restaurant-Live has been an invaluable addition to our restaurant. The online software is easy to use, all staff were fully trained in less than an hour and can now organise the restaurant to provide maximal covers for a single sitting, sending pre-orders for large parties instantly, adding notes to customers with particular needs and more. The widget on our website has provided approximately 800 online covers in 3 months, hence providing excellent value as staff aren ™t constantly on the phone taking telephone bookings. Our diary now always has bookings in an orderly manner without any overbooking and our table management has been optimised to provide an efficient service every sitting. We now have close to 800 email addresses which we use to send marketing emails to fill those last few tables on particular and special sittings. We ™d like to thank the Restaurant-Live team for the service and product they provide for us... We were using Opentable for our restaurant booking system but..
