Gintautas Kėvišas - Founder

Gintautas Kėvišas began his career in classical music events in 1994, managing Mstislav Rostropovich's performance at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival followed by Lord Yehudi Munuhin's tour to South America. As a classical music impresario, Gintautas has organised concerts and performances by Krzysztof Penderecki, Jessye Norman, Maurice Andre, Yuri Bashmet, Vadim Repin, Anna Netrebko, Jonas Kaufmann, Julian Rachlin at the world-famous festivals and concert venues as well as tours for the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the London Symphony Orchestra and many other well-known artists and orchestras. Besides his significant contribution to classical music management, Gintautas has held positions of Director General of the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania, Director General of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre as well as has founded and managed the international classical music festival ‘Vilniaus Festivaliai'. Gintautas Kėvišas has been awarded the Cross of the Knight of the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas; the Royal Order of Merit, Norway; the honorary membership and arts award of the Min-On Concert Association, Japan; the Cross of Officer of the Order for Merits to Lithuania; the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland; the Officer of the Order of the Star of Italy; and the National Order of Merit, France; for his commitment to arts and culture.

Martynas joined Riverside Music in 2004, following his father, the founder of the company, Gintautas Kėvišas. With a bachelor's degree in Film and Television Studies and an Executive MBA, he brings his broad management experience within cultural media and film industries. Martynas is responsible for major operations at Riverside Music.
