Ankur is head of the Medical, Pharma and Healthcare business unit. He manages the P&L of the business unit while managing operations, delivery, and capability development. He also works with Business Development & Marketing to expand the business and develop a strategy for the business unit. He was instrumental in scaling up the business unit 3 times in one year between 2021 and 2022. Between 2011 to 2021, he has established delivery centers for large global clients. During this time, he has delivered various multi-year R&D projects to medical device companies located in USA, Germany, and India. He has developed strategies for the engineering services business and has been a part of the core team of its implementation. He has experience with a variety of products such as Class II & III Spinal Implants and Instruments, Consumable devices, Class III cardiovascular devices, Hospital equipment, Laboratory capital equipment, and manufacturing automation equipment. Ankur holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. He also holds an Executive General Management Certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

Kuldeep Tyagi is the founder and chief executive officer of SARACA. He is an entrepreneur, a technology leader, and a strategist with over 22 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in IT, ER&D, and Consulting. He has a successful track record of building new services from inception and making them sustainable and high-performing businesses by implementing strong management and leadership best practices backed with strong systems, processes, and controls. Kuldeep brings deep strategy, technology, and client experience to his leadership role, as well as extensive global experience and perspective, having lived, travelled, and worked in the USA, Netherlands, South Korea, Germany, Japan, and UAE. He also has deep experience working with leading corporations from North America, Asia, and Europe. Kuldeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India. Kuldeep Tyagi is managing director of SaracaSolutions and a medical device professional with 20+ years of experience in design, development, quality, and regulatory of medical devices and healthcare products. He has a successful track record of building new services from inception and making them sustainable and high performing businesses by implementing strong management and leadership best practices backed with strong systems, processes, and controls. Previously he was the global head of the medical business unit at Cyient where he set-up the medical practice almost from scratch and transformed it to a fully grown business unit in 4 years with revenue of $10M. He has also worked with TCS and started a new delivery center for the medical business in Delhi where heestablished capabilities in segments like spine, cardiovascular, TKA additive manufacturing instrumentation and remediation. He has worked in Chicago andMinneapolis, USA, for 5 years and travelled for business globally in countries including Germany, Netherlands, South Korea, Sweden, Denmark, Dubai, and Japan.

Pooja Sharma is head of clinical, regulatory, and quality group in the Medical, Pharma and Healthcare (MPH) business unit of Saraca. She is responsible to manage a team of scientific writers, regulatory experts, quality engineers and deliver high quality work to customers. She has extensive experience in CERs, CEPs, PERs, Notified Body (NB) audits, FDA audits and advice customers to choose best path for regulatory and clinical. She has over 15 years of enriched experience in clinical, regulatory, and quality assurance for medical devices, pharmaceutical, biological products and, IVDs for US FDA, EU MDR, EU IVDR, TGA, PMDA, Brazil, MHRA, CFDA and other high regulatory agencies. Previously, she has worked as a Lead Auditor in a few leading pharma and medical device companies. She has revamped QMS for many large Fortune 500 companies per ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 QSR. Pooja holds a master's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from Kurukshetra university and another master's degree in pharmacology from Abdul Kalam Technological University. She holds bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Kurukshetra University.

Rahul Sisodiya is Head of accounts for automotive, semiconductor, and medical verticals. He has extensive experience in establishing new accounts and nurturing them to grow. He has been successful in the improvement of performance and productivity within tight deadlines. With his customer service mindset and deep understanding of software and engineering industry, he has successfully established key accounts and managed them seamlessly. He is working at SARACA since its inception and has been a key member of the company. He worked as a software developer in early stage of his career. He had conceptualised and built a EduTech platform for online evaluation of the participants. Rahul holds a Master of Computer Applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India.

Rohit Gupta steers the strategy, operations, sales, and P&L of the Aerospace, Defence and Government business units at Saraca. He brings with him over 17+ years of experience, in which 7+ years in OEM and Tier 1 Industry and in his 10+ years at Engineering Services Industry, he has handled various R&D, Project Management and Business development roles and is credited with delivering excellence, growing customer relationships, and introducing new service offerings for the company. He has worked and delivered multiple New Product Development projects across Aerospace and Defence, Medical and Automobile domains. Rohit is also actively involved managing GET program at Saraca.
