Assertive and evangelical, Mr. Scott has continually been able to lead businesses and people to thrive in situations in which predecessors could not.
In his last position at HP he was responsible for the turnaround of the HP Halo Div. Hale was HP's offering of Tele Presence. Run rate was $150m and when he was forced by the New CEO of HP, to sell that Division in 2012, he sold it to Polycom for $400m.
In his position as SVP and GM of HP networking an $800m business he recommended to the then CEO Mark Hurd that HPN buy 3Com corp.

After graduating from the Prince Program of Retailing Management at Simmons College, in Boston, MA, Sharon held management positions at Harvard Cooperative Society, Cambridge, MA and Lord & Taylor, Boston, MA. At Octocom Systems, Inc., a global leading provider of early internet products and services, Sharon supported both International Sales and Marketing.
While Living in both London and Amsterdam Sharon provided support to International start-up organizations within all levels. She was instrumental in yielding support to key executives in launching technology companies from Israel to the U.S..
Sharon's passions include philanthropic efforts through mission trips and service projects with her family. Sharon's professional background and her interpersonal skill-sets provide a well-rounded foundation in being a successful recruiter.
