In addition to educational research, planning, and policy-making, Rick's career has included organizational leadership. He resides with his wife, Mary Lynn, on Whidbey Island, WA. Rick's experience includes: Work at Elizabethtown College: Executive Director of the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs - July 2013-April 2018 (retired) Established the Summer Creative Arts and Research Program (SCARP). Co-founded the Social Enterprise Institute at Elizabethtown College. Led Institutional Research, Institutional Assessment, and externally funded research and programs.

Jim James H. Frederick, III - COO

Jim joined SEG in 2015 as a Senior Fellow and became Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He has a passion for impacting the lives of others, especially during his fourth quarter of life. Jim has committed his life to participating in organizations that help others overcome adversity and achieve a meaningful purpose. His experience includes: 40 years of senior management experience specializing in Employee Health Benefits Serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge, a national drug and alcohol addiction recovery center. Served as Managing Principal of Integrated Benefit Solutions, a third-party administration company. Served as Vice President National Sales and Support of CoreSource, Inc., a national benefit administration company. Served as Vice President of Business Development for Preferred Health Care, a provider network & wellness company. Served on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association (Lancaster Division) and as Chair of New Man Community Development Corporation, a workforce training program. Served as Chair for the American Heart Walk for Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Eagle Scout Chair of the Boy Scouts for over fifteen years. EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts Degree from Millersville University.

Jim Reeb

Jim Serves as a Senior Advisor and Benefit Director for a number of the SEI's portfolio companies focused on addressing a persistent social problem or social-purposed real estate. These may include tax credit projects, public-private partnerships, public sector funding, and impact investments with a specialization in manufacturing and supply chain strategic planning sustainability initiatives. His experience includes: Over 40 years in corporate real estate and financial advisory services; specifically, strategic planning, business platform design, location analysis, global investment strategies, capital market financing options, infrastructure, and facility development. Concurrent with his roles at the Social Enterprise Group, Jim plays a leadership role in supporting community development and the Innovation Transfer Network of the state of Pennsylvania and, as such, has access to the resources of 16 Colleges and Universities. Served as Co-Managing Principal of TAG Impact Partners, a joint venture between Institute St Onge (I3) and The Alberleen Group, a New York City based investment banking collaborative, formed to provide a social impact investment platform (Sold I3 interest to the Alberleen Group) and was the President of Institute St. Onge, an affiliate of the St. Onge Company, focused on humanitarian supply chain development and financing. Served as the head of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Business Consulting Practice Group, a Partner of Deloitte & Touche's global consulting practice which specialized in Manufacturing Plant expansion and corporate real estate advisory services, a Development Partner at Liberty Property Trust, and a Tax Consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Serves on the International Business Advisory Board at Elizabethtown College. Serves as lecturer at Leigh University and the University of Central Florida. EDUCATION: Dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and Civil/Industrial Engineering (with honors) and a Master's degree MBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Studies (with honors) from Temple University. His post-graduate work focused on Cross-Cultural Management as part of his executive DBA at Glasgow University, Scotland, and a post-graduate fellowship PMD in Strategic and Organizational Leadership at Harvard University.
