I love what I do. I am passionate about motivation and inspiration. To believe in and recognize the highest potential in every person. My coach education in 2006 gave me useful tools. Asking questions, being an active listener…all the important core competencies. But being genuine and showing commitment have to be in your DNA... I have had the pleasure of working in the context of motivation and inspiration for many years within an exciting international company group. Creating 13 massive corporate events for employees, and about 30 recurrent talent club meetings has given me a lot.
