Andrew Woo

Andrew Woo joined Taylor & Scott in March 2011 and was made an Associate in 2018. Originally working with the firm's compensation team, his passion and keen interest in immigration law took him to complete a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice. Upon attaining his qualification in immigration law, he began his career as a registered migration agent in 2013. Andrew is a highly experienced immigration expert with years of gained knowledge and skills. Andrew's expertise lies in health waiver submissions, general skilled migration, ENS, RSMS and 457 sponsor visas, state sponsorships, skills assessment with various assessing bodies and family stream visa applications. Andrew is a passionate advocate, applying a sympathetic approach to the plight of clients and using his best endeavours to deliver the best outcomes. His proactive approach to deliver client-oriented and high-quality legal services has helped him build a great working relationship with his clients. Andrew has successfully represented clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and regularly appears for merits reviews in a range of migration matters. He is particularly ardent about assisting clients with serious medical conditions in health waiver matters. Andrew's clients have included private individuals from all walks of life with complex migration law issues such medical conditions, professionals and small to medium businesses sponsoring their employees. Andrew has presented various seminars on Skilled Migration for university students and has devoted time to do pro-bono work at a community based legal centre.

Ray McClenahan - CEO

Ray McClenahan is the Managing Partner at Taylor & Scott Lawyers. After joining the firm in 1989 as an Associate, he was made partner in 1991, before taking on the role of Staff Partner in 1997, and more recently, Managing Partner in 2018. As a Partner, Ray manages the Workers Compensation and Superannuation dispute teams at Taylor & Scott. His primary work involves Workers Compensation, Total and Permanent Disability and income replacement disputes. Ray is recognised by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Litigation Specialist. In his role as Staff Partner, Ray is responsible for coordinating and liaising with other Partners regarding issues of work performance, salary reviews and all other personnel and work-related staff matters. As Managing Partner, he oversees all divisions of the firm and externally manages relations with clients, financial institutions and regulatory bodies. Ray brings well-rounded experience to each of his roles, having worked in Family Law, Property and Wills & Estates divisions, in addition to specialising in Personal Injury, in particular, Workers Compensation and Superannuation Insurance disputes. He has also conducted many personal injury and superannuation seminars. Ray is distinguished by his professionalism, genuine empathy and excellent communication skills. Susan Eshaghi

Susan Eshaghi is part of Taylor & Scott's dedicated family law team. She joined the department as a solicitor in 2018 and brings great experience in family law matters after working for a number of years as a law clerk with family law practitioners. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Sydney. Whilst studying, she developed her interest in family law and in 2016 completed a Master of Applied Laws (Family Law). Susan was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2015 and later the High Court of Australia. A wealth of experience in family law has exposed her to many complex matters which has taught her to provide the best possible service to her clients. She has a reputation for being both effective and efficient.
