Caroline joined the business in 2018 and has over 20 years' experience in development and construction. She has led a diverse range of schemes, most recently the strategic settlement of 6,500 homes at Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. Prior to joining U&C Caroline led the Lincoln Square development for Lodha Group UK and held a number of development and commercial roles with Lend Lease. Caroline now leads the Wellcome Genome Campus expansion comprising 1.6m sqft of research space and 1,500 homes.

David Morris

David joined Catesby in January 2013 having worked in housebuilding, planning consultancy and property development, across a broad range of mixed-use projects throughout the UK. At Catesby, David leads the internal planning department and brings a commercial focus to the team. The planning team at Catesby has responsibility for project managing sites throughout the planning process, from initial site appraisal through to the grant of planning permission. David started his career as land and planning manager at Cala Homes and has previously worked as a planning consultant for CBRE in London. Prior to his move to Catesby he was head of town planning for Morston Assets Ltd. David is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Home Builders Federation National Planning Committee.

Prior to being one of the founder members of Urban&Civic, James was part of the senior executive team of Lend Lease Europe with responsibility for town planning and risk management. Within Urban&Civic, James heads up planning and communications. Having served as a non-executive director of East Thames housing association and sat on the Development Committee of L&Q, James is also a senior advisor to Dorrington PLC.

Myron Osborne

Myron joined Catesby Estates plc in March 2012 and was appointed to the Catesby main board in May 2015. He is responsible for the land team, which sources all new land for promotion, oversees the commercial elements of land promotion and handles the sale of land following the grant of planning consent. Myron started his career with Fairclough Homes in 2004 and then moved across to Miller Homes as part of the Fairclough takeover in 2005 before joining Catesby. He has a significant track record in land acquisition and planning promotion on both brownfield and greenfield development sites across the country. His experience also extends to the handling of large planning applications, strategic land promotion, bringing forward large-scale housing association schemes and working on urban regeneration schemes.

Nigel has over 20 years experience in development and now leads the Priors Hall strategic site at Corby comprising 5,100 houses.

Peter Pereira Gray retired from his executive responsibilities at Wellcome at the end of September, becoming Emeritus Partner, where he will continue to advise Wellcome, especially on the development of the Genome Campus at Hinxton. He continues to serve as Chairman of Premier Marinas Limited and Wellcome's Valuation Committee. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an honorary vice president of Cambridge University Land Society, a Life Member and past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Rebecca joined Urban&Civic in April 2011 as the second appointment to the Alconbury Weald project. With a background in marketing, media handling and stakeholder engagement for the Imperial War Museum at Duxford, for the Forestry Commission, and for regional and national Government, Rebecca leads the engagement of local business partners and communities in the development of Alconbury Weald, Waterbeach and Wintringham Park; leads the roll-out of community facilities and projects across the three strategic sites, including our jobs and skills agenda; and co-ordinates local, national and overseas marketing and communications for Urban&Civic.

Richard Coppell

Formerly head of retail development at Lend Lease, Richard has over 20 years' experience working in planning, development and regeneration. At Lend Lease, Richard promoted and delivered the evolution of Bluewater Shopping Centre and progressed the expansion of Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull. He was instrumental on the Elephant and Castle project in securing the Regeneration Agreement with Southwark Council. During his time at Lend Lease he was also the head of the regional residential development business. Prior to Lend Lease, Richard held positions at other development companies, working on Whitecity (Westfield London) for Chelsfield and Northern Quarter Portsmouth for Centros. Richard joined Urban&Civic in January 2015.

Richard Hepworth

Richard joined the business in 2004 and has over 35 years' experience in the development and construction management sector. He is the Director of Urban&Civic Projects Ltd, the internal project delivery arm of Urban&Civic plc, and is responsible for the strategic implementation of the Company's build programme. Richard leads an in-house project management team of twelve who fulfil the requirements of technical due diligence, estimating, financial control and project co-ordination through their roles as Quantity Surveyor, Developer's Representative, Employer's Agent and Project Manager across the Group's operations.

Robin has overall responsibility for the operational performance of the Group's business and for the overall management of the regional offices. Robin joined Elliott Bernerd in 1985 and in 1986 became a founding director of Chelsfield plc and was a main board director until the sale of the business in 2004. At Chelsfield he was involved in regeneration projects of metropolitan scale and international significance, including Merry Hill, Paddington Basin, White City (now Westfield) and Stratford City in London. He joined Lend Lease Europe in 2005 and was appointed chief executive in 2006. Robin was a founding director of Urban&Civic Limited, which was a precursor to Urban&Civic plc, with Nigel Hugill in 2009.

Rosemary was the chief financial officer of Future Cities Catapult, one of a network of technology and innovation centres established by the UK Government. She has also worked at Circle Housing Group and was involved in setting up the Government-owned Low Carbon Contracts Company and Electricity Settlements Company. From 2001 to 2011 she was group finance director of the Carbon Trust, and prior to that, she worked for 16 years as an investment banker primarily advising large listed UK companies on mergers and acquisitions. Rosemary is a non-executive director of Impact Healthcare REIT plc and of Triple Point Energy Transition plc. She is also an independent non-executive director of Southern Water Services Limited, a trustee of Green Alliance, the environmental think tank, and a co-founder and director of Chapter Zero, an organisation that seeks to raise awareness and understanding of climate change as a business issue with non-executive directors.
