I co-founded the Danbro Group (though it wasn't a group back then) in 1999 with my husband Damian. I currently serve as Group Managing Director, with responsibility for casting vision and removing barriers. In 2016 I was proud to receive an MBE from Her Majesty the Queen for services to small business and the community of Lancashire as well as being appointed a Deputy Lieutenant in 2019. Some of my other hats include being a member of the Blackpool Pride of Place Board, and Chair of Trustees for a small international charity as well as being an active member of my local church. MD, Helen Broughton, gained membership to the Association of Accounting Technicians. Later in the year, we won a Progressive Practice Award, courtesy of IRIS. It was to be our first of many awards over the following decade.

Hi I'm Liam and I've been Director of Financial Planning since February 2018. I've always believed that it is important for individuals and Companies to "give something back" to society which is why I applied to become a Trustee of the Danbro Foundation. I have long standing experience of volunteering and giving something back through sports but was keen to get involved in the Foundation when I saw what great work they do and how a sense of corporate responsibility can make a difference to people's lives locally and internationally. Having grown up on the Fylde Coast, I'm passionate about the betterment of the local area and the opportunities available to those who live here, as well as other social issues affecting the people and communities of England's North West.
