Matt Smith is a Director and our primary point of contact for all account management, ensuring you're happy with what we're doing for you and seeing to it that targets are met on time. He's also the person you'll speak to when first engaging with us and can tell you everything you need to know about how the process works and what you can expect from us. Away from the office, when not enjoying time with his young family, he can be found on the golf courses of East Devon or bitterly contemplating the state of Aston Villa FC, and sometimes both simultaneously! Our other Director James Luscombe is our data and stats man. It's his job to make sure we manage prospect data in the most efficient way in order to maximise time on the phone, and closely manages the teams' schedule so that we're focussing our efforts where most needed at any time. He's also our research expert who will crunch the numbers and provide the written analysis for client satisfaction reports.
