My career at Kinetic began within the support team, before moving into my role as a Customer Success Manager, where I have built strong working relationships with our customer base.
I lead our team of Account Managers who are based in the UK and North America. I am passionate about putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and the best way to do that is to ensure we have the right people by our side.

After spending the first 9 years of my financial career in a top 10 accountancy practice, the time came for a new challenge outside of corporate, and that's exactly what I found at Kinetic as Head of Finance. Since joining, my role has been extended to incorporate Data Protection and Legal. Kinetic is an ever-changing and evolving business with innovation at the heart so there is never a dull day and that's what makes working here so exciting.
