Joining Bedrock's Wealth Management division in November 2023, Agnieszka Majdanska brings over 20 years of diverse financial expertise. She started her career at JPMorgan in Germany and later moved to London, holding various roles covering institutional and UHNW clients. Transitioning to HSBC Private Bank in London, she served on the UHNW team and led the Central and Eastern European Team.
Agnieszka continued her career in Monaco, holding significant positions such as Head of Emerging Markets at Societe Generale Private Banking, Head of Eastern Europe at UBS, and Executive Director at Crossbridge Capital SAM. She holds an MBA from the Spanish University Deusto and a Business MA Degree from the European University Viadrina, Germany.
Recognised for her talent, Agnieszka was named one of the 40 most talented wealth managers in Europe under 40 in 2009. In 2013, she received an international award for "Outstanding Young Private Bankers" at the Private Banker International Awards in Singapore. Fluent in Polish, Russian, German, English, Spanish, Italian, and French, Agnieszka's multilingual skills and extensive experience make her a valuable addition to Bedrock's Wealth Management team.

Alex joined Bedrock in July 2015 and is part of the Portfolio Management team in London, with a particular focus on Fixed Income. Prior to joining Bedrock, Alex was Head of Fixed Income for a family office in London and previously spent eight years working for Deutsche Bank as a Relationship Manager and Investment Manager in both London and Geneva.
Alex graduated from Durham University with a BA in Economics in 2004 and is a CFA charter holder.

Alex joined Bedrock in Geneva in 2012 from Banque Reyl where he worked on the Russian/Israeli desk. Prior to this, Alex worked at Banque Safdie and Bank Leumi in Geneva and Tel Aviv, where he managed portfolios and advised high net worth private and corporate clients since 2001. Alex started his career as a specialist in foreign securities and options strategies in Israel.
Alex has an MBA in Finance, as well as a BA in Finance & Economics from the Open University, Israel.

Alexandra joined Bedrock in 2006. From 2001, Alexandra was with the Edouard Stern Family Office in Geneva where she was responsible for managing the treasury and trading activities and where she was also the Geneva Branch Administrator. Prior to this, Alexandra worked for Republic National Bank as an FX Trader where she worked with David and Ariel. Alexandra started her career in 1995 in Paris as an interests rates options broker.
Alexandra graduated with honours from law school in 1993 and has also completed a postgraduate program from MATIF School in Paris.
Alexandre is a former trader on the non-ferrous metal market and a former member of the Board of Directors of RAW RESOURCES (based in Moscow), a company that specialises in the trading of oil, oil-based products and non-ferrous metals. He was also a director and a shareholder of FABULA GMBH and a member of the Board of Directors of EXPONOR SA, both of whom specialisedin the export/import of the non-ferrous metal markets.
Alexandre is currently investing in various projects in the field of mining and mineral processing. Alexandre is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism at the University of Latvia. He is a German citizen and a permanent resident of Switzerland.

Having started his career in 1993 with the Republic National Bank of New York in Switzerland as a proprietary trader, Ariel went on to join the bank's treasury team to co-manage - alongside David - a portfolio of Fixed Income, FX and Emerging Market debt of more than USD 10 billion. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2004, Ariel went on to work with the Safra Family Office in Geneva where he co-managed - alongside David - the financial assets and the foundation of the Safra family. With a bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, he also contributed as a business strategist at Tamoil (Switzerland) during his MBA studies. David, an established property investor and developer with more than 13 years' experience joined Bedrock in 2020 to establish BRE (Bedrock Real Estate); a division dedicated to real estate investment opportunities. Previously, he had established himself as a principal having held a senior-management position within a multi-disciplined opportunistic property investment company. During this time, he was involved in working on transactions with a cumulative value of £1BN, principally in the UK and Spain with some ancillary projects in the USA. David's expertise lies predominantly within planning/zoning, construction, and finance, having actively managed multiple asset classes with broad business strategies. David graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Buckingham.

David started his career in 1988 with the Republic National Bank of New York as an FX trader. Keyvan joined Bedrock in 2005 from a private equity company where he was a partner between 2000 and 2005. Keyvan was responsible for investment management with an emphasis on an internet BtoB platform. Oliver joined Bedrock in January 2017, having recently completed a MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics (LSE). At present, he heads the Research team, which is responsible for investment research and analysis across traditional and alternative asset classes. Before Bedrock, Oliver had worked in loan origination at a development bank in Iraq as well as at Arisaig Partners in Singapore and Sloane Robinson in London, two emerging market equity focused investment managers. Oliver graduated with a BSc in Philosophy and Economics in 2014, also from the LSE.

Oren-Olivier is an independent director on the board of Bedrock Holdings SA and Bedrock SA. Richard joined Bedrock in 2013 to create a Fund to invest in iconic, blue-chip, private, internet-related companies. In 2018, he and his team created a sister fund to allocate capital to best-in-class venture GPs. Since launching Technology Opportunity Partners, Richard has had primary responsibility for deploying c. $1B of equity in the private tech space. Before joining Bedrock, Richard was an active direct investor in both early- and late-stage technology businesses. Richard joined Index Ventures in 2001 where he was a partner in the life science practice. Prior to Index, Richard built Europe's largest specialty pharmacy - MediService - which was acquired by Galenica (GALE.SW) and has become a pillar of its retail business. Ron has more than 15 years' experience of advising private clients and managing their investment portfolios. He joined Bedrock in 2019, following a decade at the Israeli desks of Barclays Private Bank and Edmond de Rothschild in London. Relocating from London to Bedrock's Monaco office, Ron brought with him a wealth of experience in supporting Israeli residents as well as UK resident-non-domiciled clients. Ron's strong ties to his native Israeli tech scene have expanded Bedrock's network and expertise in this field. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Hebrew.

Victor Asser was the co-founder of the Telesis group in 1993, which soon became the leading independent investment banking business in Greece. Following the merger of Telesis Investment Bank and EFG Eurobank in 2002 , Victor was appointed Chief Executive Officer of EFG Eurobank Equities, and played a major role in the expansion of operations in the South East European region. Since September 2008, Victor has undertaken an advisory role and is also involved heavily in private equity investments. Victor holds a B.Sc.
