Joining Bedrock's Wealth Management division in November 2023, Agnieszka Majdanska brings over 20 years of diverse financial expertise. She started her career at JPMorgan in Germany and later moved to London, holding various roles covering institutional and UHNW clients. Transitioning to HSBC Private Bank in London, she served on the UHNW team and led the Central and Eastern European Team. Agnieszka continued her career in Monaco, holding significant positions such as Head of Emerging Markets at Societe Generale Private Banking, Head of Eastern Europe at UBS, and Executive Director at Crossbridge Capital SAM. She holds an MBA from the Spanish University Deusto and a Business MA Degree from the European University Viadrina, Germany. Recognised for her talent, Agnieszka was named one of the 40 most talented wealth managers in Europe under 40 in 2009. In 2013, she received an international award for "Outstanding Young Private Bankers" at the Private Banker International Awards in Singapore. In 2018, he and his team created a sister fund to allocate capital to best-in-class venture GPs. Since launching Technology Opportunity Partners, Richard has had primary responsibility for deploying c. $1B of equity in the private tech space. Before joining Bedrock, Richard was an active direct investor in both early- and late-stage technology businesses. Richard joined Index Ventures in 2001 where he was a partner in the life science practice. Prior to Index, Richard built Europe's largest specialty pharmacy - MediService - which was acquired by Galenica (GALE.SW) and has become a pillar of its retail business.
