We continue to offer toll-free phone support for any product we sell, because we all know that complicated hardware and software doesn't always do what it should. We also work with our service partner Chaos Technical Services to ensure the fastest turn around possible on repairs for many of our product lines. If CTS can't repair a device we will pay to ship it to the nearest repair centre while the product is under warranty, so you have absolute assurance that you won't be out of pocket if something goes wrong.
