Disability Partnerships is a 501c3 Community-Based Organization with a mission to help people with disabilities improve their quality of life through education, classes, and partnerships... We provide resources and information to help educate the community, caregivers, and physically disabled persons that help people with physical impairments improve their quality of life at home, at work, and in the community... We are a community-based 501c3 nonprofit whose work is based on a partnership model. We collaborate with partners in multiple sectors (nonprofit, government, and private) to develop programs and activities in the focus areas of affordable accessible housing, health and wellness, education and economic empowerment.
