JOSH SPIELMAN spent most of his career in the financial markets with an emphasis on analytics and trade. After twenty five years of buying and selling, Josh has narrowed his focus to real estate. As the lead on Acquisitions, Josh's expertise in finding value-add projects is driving MJS Development into the future.

MAURICE SANDERMAN has been a real estate developer for over forty years, having developed residential communities encompassing more than twenty thousand homes and apartments. He was the founder of Sundance Homes, a public company, and one of Chicagoland's largest home building companies. Sundance Homes also developed commercial properties and industrial rehabs.

STEVEN SANDERMAN has worked in the real estate industry since 1995. Before MJS Development, he spent 6 years with Sundance Homes where he built everything from single family home and town home communities to downtown lofts, condos and high rises. He then founded Benjamin Builders which built custom single family homes on Chicago's north shore. Commercial projects include health clubs, convenient stores and retail centers in Chicago.
