Ashley graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a B.A. in Psychology. She is currently working towards the Certified Compensation Professional designation from WorldatWork.

Glenn Norden

Glenn is a compensation expert with 15+ years leading the development, deployment and administration of global executive and broad-based compensation practices, sales compensation programs, and automated HR tools at both profit and non profit organizations. His experience includes global market analysis and competitive valuation of pay practices for multiple global companies in the insurance, education, manufacturing, travel, defense and consulting industries. Glenn has led the development, communication, deployment and administration of global sales incentive plans in numerous companies. Through detailed modeling he is able to demonstrate anticipated and actual productivity and financial impacts of new incentive plan designs. Graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management. Jack Kelly

Jack has worked with B2B sales teams for over 30 years. Jack has sold into some of the largest corporations in the world including UPS, Qualcomm, Intel, Experian, Allstate and many more. Jack has helped numerous businesses move from a startup to acquisition since starting the Corlea Group in 2009. Jack has helped set up multiple sales compensation and incentive plans providing him a realistic understanding of what works to align a sales organization to the company goals and motivate sales teams to exceed their targets. In addition to helping sales leaders and sales teams thrive Jack serves as chairman of the board of trustees of the San Diego/Hawaii Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as well as a Trustee on the National Foundation Board for Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity where he serves on the Development Committee. Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Jack is married with two kids and resides in beautiful San Diego, California where golf, baseball and dance take up his free time.
