EMILY A. SISCO

Emily is originally from Bellevue, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Emily knew she wanted to practice law in a rural community, so she diversified her courses and work experiences to prepare for general practice. She gained experience working with small businesses, creating estate plans, and practicing in civil court. Emily's practice focuses on business planning, family law, estate planning and landlord/tenant issues. Emily is licensed in Nebraska and Kansas. ​In her free time, Emily enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their kids.

MICHAEL J. DONAHUE, III

Mike is a native of Pawnee City. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Doctor of Pharmacy in 1985, and graduated with a J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1990. Mike joined the firm of Witte, Donahue & Faesser in 1991. Mike served as Deputy Pawnee County Attorney from 1993 to 2012. Mike's main areas of practice are estate planning, probate, farm law and management, and elder law. ​In his spare time, Mike enjoys traveling, scuba diving, antique cars, hunting, and spending time with his three daughters and five grandchildren.
