Brian Barker

Brian Barker - Shop Supervisor Brian has over 35 years of mechanical experience on all varieties of vehicles. He even worked on NASCAR series ARCA cars for many years! Brian's love for motorcycles led him to open his own full service motorcycle shop Southern Man Cycles. Now Brian has over 20 years of motorcycle service experience on all types of bikes. His knowledge ranges from basic services to full custom motorcycle builds. Brian knows what it takes to lead a service team to provide the best overall customer experience.

Bruce Green

Bruce Green - Customer Experience Bruce brings years of expertise in business management, customer service, retail and web sales, and business ownership. Bruce handles all aspects of the customer experience, from placing orders to shipping products. He also provides marketing and e-commerce development to ensure Rotation is up to date on all current motorcycle and motorcycle parts trends.

Don Smith - President

Don Smith - President Don has been around motorcycles his entire life. At age 11, he had his first motorcycle, a 1966 Honda 305, and he's been hooked ever since. Don has made a career in the motorcycle industry, working for well-known companies such as J&P Cycles, where he received a wealth of knowledge about aftermarket motorcycle parts, and Coastal Moto where he was the dealer manager and learned the ins & outs of custom motorcycle wheels. Don grew up in the Midwest in a rural community by Manchester Iowa. His Midwestern roots have provided a great base for his business principles and customer interactions.

Jared Brown

Jared Brown - Customer Experience Jared is our key point of contact for our customer experience. This includes all things customer service, from placing orders, to order updates, to resolving service related issues that may arise. Jared also manages our website experience for our customers which includes new product development and implementation. He ensures our customer service is a priority at Rotation Industries.

Kris Quick

Kris Quick - Technician Kris has over 15 years of mechanical experience wrenching on almost every motorcycle brand. Kris has a unique engineering background that provides customers with the best quality of service on everything from an old pan head to the newer Harley baggers with their new technology. Whether it's building a custom big wheel bagger or doing a service on a sport bike, he has the tools and knowledge to complete the job right and on time. If you have a problem with your bike, come to Rotation and Kris will fix it.

Randy Smith

Randy Smith - Customer Experience Randy is Don's brother, and is a tremendous asset in the leadership team, sales, and customer service components. Randy has previously been in the logistics and sales field, with experience at over 35 years. He has been working bike events for years, and loves visiting with the vast people who visit from around the world. Randy was also a business owner himself, and provides great feedback for growth opportunities, marketing strategy, and outstanding customer service.
