Baylee is a young, driven advisor focused on creating lifetime relationships built on respect, service and a high level of personal support. Coming from a family with deep roots in the insurance world, Baylee has been entrenched in the business since a young age allowing him to learn valuable lessons early on that have helped him to rapidly earn the trust and support of his clients.
While attending university in Miami on a golf scholarship, Baylee realized that some of his most important qualities were founded in his love for sport. The constant exposure to high pressure scenarios that come from competing in tournaments around the United States contributed to his growth and development as a person and a leader. These opportunities also led Baylee to grow his network and meet people in different circles from all over the world. After completing his four-year Business Degree in Miami, Baylee has translated many of these skills to the insurance industry in order to continue to grow his network and satisfy his love for meeting people and providing innovative solutions to assist the needs of his clients.
Since entering the insurance industry in 2000, Darren has built a breadth of knowledge in the industry, a loyal client base, and continues to actively participate in many industry forums that explore the latest innovations and opportunities in the industry. His genuine desire to help his clients and understand their individual needs sets him apart in this industry.
Darren's warmth and ability to listen to his clients sets him apart to those who have had the opportunity to work with him. Every client receives 100% of his care and attention to survey the entire insurance landscape in order to identify the best solution to suit their specific needs.
When he isn't assisting clients, Darren serves as an active member of several charitable organizations and continues to participate in charitable boards to deepen his connections with his community. Darren is also a sports enthusiast, an avid golfer and baseball player. He coaches his son's baseball and hockey teams as well as taking an active role in his daughter's basketball and other activities.

Joining the insurance industry in 2017, Deborah has utilized her knowledge of accounting and tax and experience working with many public and private companies to support SC Insurance as well as many of SC's clients. Prior to joining SC Insurance, Deborah worked for 9 years as the Director of Finance with The Mason Group a private recruiting firm for accountants and prior to that for more than 5 years with public companies as the Director of Business Analysis focusing on acquisitions, budgeting & planning and sales & margin analysis. She built her accounting fundamental knowledge while at Ernst & Young for 3 years and spent time in both the Audit & Assurance and Corporate tax divisions.
Deborah's success has in part been due to her keen eye for detail and analytics as well as her ability to work collaboratively to support a strong team environment. Her drive and passion has always remained a fundamental part of her work ethic.
Deborah obtained her CA designation after completing her Masters of Management and Accounting at the Rotman School of Business in Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.
When Deborah isn't at work she is enjoying time with her two children, cheering on the sidelines of the hockey rink and enjoying long walks with her dog Abby. And when there is time left, Deborah can be found on her Peloton trying to beat her last record and enjoying her active lifestyle.

With over 8 years of experience, Ena is a skilled administrative professional with a passion for efficiency, organization and supporting the success of the team. With a keen eye for detail and friendly demeanor, she helps ensure that the clients of SC Insurance are well looked after. She loves building positive relationships and possesses a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ena attended the University of Toronto majoring in Psychology and Women's Studies.
In her spare time, Ena enjoys exploring the city, hiking in nature, and is a movie enthusiast.

Grace brings to SC Insurance years of life insurance experience including both new business administration and policy service work. Her organization abilities, focus on detail and drive to service clients make her an invaluable member of our team ensuring all insurance policies are placed with a high degree of care and attention.
In her free time, Grace enjoys exploring the city, going an adventurous road trips and spending time with family and friends.

Lori has had a hand in the insurance industry since the mid-90's. She started cold calling for group benefits, then worked with advisors to maintain their client management systems and files. After working in different industries, in the 2003, Lori realized that her home was in the insurance industry and was driven to succeed in customer service. Lori loves connecting with people and will always go the extra mile to ensure that clients are satisfied with her service and care.
Lori loves to spend her free time family and friends, and has an odd, but extensive collection of frog memorabilia.
