Amanda Beech - Founder

Amanda is a highly experienced trainer who began her career as a teacher, before holding a number of training management positions in both the public and private sector. She has designed and delivered many successful training programmes, particularly for local authorities including Oxfordshire County Council, Dorset County Council and Slough Borough Council. With a calm, caring and considered approach to her work, Amanda enjoys assisting individuals, teams and organisations to discover their true potential by exploring new experiences. The founder of Learning 2XL, Amanda led the company until 2011 when she stepped down to manage a charity, and has continued her excellent work as a freelance trainer since then.

Jo Wilding

Jo has extensive experience as a line manager as well as having held specialist HR and training positions. Working as a Strategic Development Advisor before joining Learning 2XL, she was previously the Employee Development Manager for a large engineering company. Jo started her career as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy and has held management posts in public and private sectors. A post graduate in Strategic HR Management, Jo has in-depth knowledge of learning and development strategies and is an experienced trainer. She was the previous owner of Learning 2XL before handing the reigns of the company over to Jason, and this now allows her a little more time to indulge her passion of travelling with her family, and exercising her green fingers when she can. She still enjoys the challenge of coaching, training and development however and brings with her a wealth of experience of both the public and private sectors.

Kim Foster

Kim has had a long association within the Learning and Development sector having worked within NatWest Bank for many years in roles including Area Manager for East Dorset and Resource Planning Manager for South West England.

Sharon Elphick

Sharon is an experienced Trainer and NLP Practitioner who is motivated by helping individuals reach their full potential. She enjoyed a career in both the retail and aviation sectors followed by training in the financial services industry. Using both traditional and accelerated learning techniques her programmes are noted for being fun, interactive, energising and hands-on. Sharon has over fourteen years experience of designing and delivering management and customer service training in both the Public and Private sectors. As well as customer service training, she also specialises in personal effectiveness, communications, performance management and equality and diversity.
