Hanny Kemna

J.M.A (Hanny) Kemna RE CISA IDP-C was sworn in as an extraordinary member of the Netherlands Court of Audit's Board on 30 January 2020. Hanny is a member of many supervisory boards. In 2014 she completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme. Between 2008 and 2014 she was head of the European EY practice for IT Assurance in the financial sector. Between 1999 and 2014 she was international IT Advisory and Assurance partner in EY. Hanny was seconded on several occasions by EY, including postings to the USA, Russia and Switzerland. Between 1992 and 2014 she worked at Ernst & Young (EY) in the Netherlands and abroad. In 1994 she completed a higher professional course in business information technology. Hanny has taken several post-doctoral courses at the Free University Amsterdam, Kellogg (Chicago, USA), IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland) and INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). After retraining as a systems analyst she worked at Ideta, the IT centre of Bijenkorf KBB, until 1992. She studied German Language, Literature and Culture, Applied Linguistics and Law at the Free University Amsterdam

Mr Ewout Irrgang

Ewout Irrgang has been a member of the Netherlands Court of Audit's Board since 1 September 2017. He had previously worked for the PharmAccess Foundation and was a member of the House of Representatives for the Dutch Socialist Party. Ewout Irrgang is the author of many financial and economic publications.

Paul Doop

P.W. (Paul) Doop was sworn in as an extraordinary member of the Netherlands Court of Audit's Board on 17 August 2004. Paul Doop is an executive board member of the Dutch public broadcaster (NPO). Between 2014 and August 2019 he was chief executive officer of Haaglanden Medical Centre (HMC). From 2012 to 2013 he was an Executive Board member of the Academic Medical Center of the University of Amsterdam. Between 2006 and 2013 he was vice-president of the Executive Boards of the University of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. From 1999 to 2006 he was a partner in Deloitte, in 2001 he was appointed Public Sector market director (Public sector and Not-for-profit). Before 1999 Paul worked as a manager/director at ICS Adviseurs, was a Board member of Uitzendbureau Start, held various financial and real estate positions at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and taught economics in secondary education. Paul studied public administration at the University of Nijmegen and the University of Leiden.
