Costas obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Hon) in Business Studies from Middlesex University in London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982.
In 1986 he returned to Cyprus where he joined Coopers & Lybrand and was appointed an audit partner in 1990. He subsequently moved to the International Business Services department of what was by then PricewaterhouseCoopers, being in charge of a portfolio of international clients until June 2003 when he joined Abacus to head the firm's Limassol office. He is also the Training Partner responsible for the planning and execution of the firm's training plan.
In 2016 he registered Crystalserve, to take over the Limassol business of Abacus Limited, effective 1 January 2017.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
His interests include travelling, football, swimming, cinema and bowling. He has served as president of the Famagusta bowling association and plays regularly in the Limassol bowling league.
Maria qualified as a Chartered from the ICSA: Governance Institute of London, UK (ICSA) on 14 October 2011 and is an associate member of ICSA (ACIS). She also holds a Bachelor's Degree with honours from the University of Cyprus in Social Sciences.
Since 2007 she was initially employed by Abacus Limited, Limassol office as an administrators of the Corporate Department. In 2014 she was promoted to Manager and became in charge of the Corporate Department of the Limassol office. As of 1 January 2017 and with transfer of business of Abacus' Limassol office to Crystalserve, Maria is employed by Crystalserve .
Maria has a wide range of experience and knowledge in corporate law, finance, governance, strategy and corporate secretarial practice.

Michael qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant on 31 August 2011
In 2006 he was employed by PwC Limassol and remained with PwC until 2009 when he joined Abacus Limited, Limassol office. During his time with Abacus, he got promoted to Manager and was also appointed Manager in Charge for the Fund Registration and Administration Department. He gained extensive experience on dealing with futures, options, stock, bonds and other derivatives through his position as Manager in the Fund Administration Department.
On 1 January 2017, he was transferred to Crystalserve after the transfer of operations of Abacus Limassol office to Crystalserve Fiduciary Services Limited
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He is also a member FUND/ADMIN Committee of CIFA. Michael also holds Accounting and Fiduciary Services professional licenses.
His interests include playing and watching football, bowling, listening to music and skiing.
