Commitment to Excellence was founded in 2009 to establish results-oriented mentoring, cultural, health and social programs that have a positive impact on the youth and young adults of our community. Since then, CTE has touched hundreds of students, provided numerous merit and need-based scholarships, aided families, and funded like-minded organizations whose overall mission and goals align with Commitment to Excellence... Established by the Delta Mu Mu chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., the two organizations are inextricably linked and CTE provides funding for the chapter's ongoing scholarship and mentoring programs.
