Dacapo was founded in 1997 and merged with Cà ed Balos in 2017. Our goal is to create authentic, elegant fine wines, reflecting our passion for Monferrato and Langhe regions respectively, our love for growing grapes and our care for the winemaking process... Our philosophy can be summarized with "Wine is made in the vineyard" and that is why we pay a lot of attention to the care of our vineyards also by committing to organic agricolture... Dacapo produces native Piedmontese wines, certified organic and grown in its own vineyards in the Langhe and Monferrato.
