Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Kampala International University and higher diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. Michael possesses 10 years' experience in human resource field in various sectors i.e. telecoms, banking, FMCG, INGO. His focus is to align the talent with client needs, creation of a talent pipeline, designing and executing headhunting strategies, assisting clients to redefine their on-boarding process, support clients to embrace new technological ways of attracting talent, also support repatriation programs. When he is not handling Talent Acquisition affairs, Michael will be found in the motorsport field.
Samuel leads the vision and design of the global human resource strategies at Excel Wise Consultant Limited. He possesses 13 years HR experience spanning in the Telco, BPO & INGO sector. His experience cuts across the entire HR value chain from Strategy development, Talent acquisition, Performance management, Learning & development, Compensation& benefit, Organization design & Change management. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources from IHRM and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource from Makerere University.
