Amber is an intern at FCG Sweden´s Good Governance department in Spring 2022. The internship is part of her MSc. International Administration in Global Governance at the University of Gothenburg. She has previously obtained a MSc. in Economic Development from Lund University, and a BSc. in International Business from the University of Groningen in her home country the Netherlands.
She spent an exchange semester at Corvinus University in Budapest and has previously worked as a consultant and analyst focusing especially on responsible investment strategies, public-private partnerships, and market expansion for several international social impact start-ups. Amber speaks Dutch, German, and English, a bit of French, and is currently learning Spanish and Swedish.

Astrid is Market Coordinator and mainly works with strategic development and systems development. She also works with the coordination of tender, EOI and call-off response productions, including recruitment of national and international consultants and communication with clients, partners and consultants and with the coordination of on-going projects.
Astrid has a master degree in Sustainable Development at Uppsala University and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, through which she wrote her master thesis in Kosovo on cooperative Water Resource Management. She also holds a bachelor in Environmental Science from Linköping University. She is particulary interested in Water Resource Management and Natural Resources management.

Elizabeth recently graduated from the London School of Economics with an MSc in International Relations and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford reading History and German. During her year abroad she studied Germanistik and International Politics at the Otto-Friedrich Universitaet Bamberg in Germany. She is fluent in English (native language) and German and speaks some French. Previously she gained some work experience in foreign affairs research, consulting and business development. Elizabeth now joins the FCG Natural Resource Management team as an intern for the Fall Semester of 2021.
Evelina is a Junior Project Manager in the business area Monitoring and Evaluation. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University, and are currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Political Science at Uppsala University. As she is writing her master's thesis this semester, she will be working part-time at FCG.
She has previously studied abroad at Fudan University in Shanghai and Aarhus University in Denmark, and has experience of volunteering in Tanzania as well as for human rights organisations. She is fluent in Swedish and English, intermediate in Spanish, and understands both Danish and Norwegian.
Hanna is working at FCG Sweden, Good Governance and Civil Society Team, as a junior project manager. She is on her final year of Master Studies Program in Development Studies at Lund University, before which she completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Tallinn University of Technology and Charles University in Prague.
Hanna has worked at the Embassy of Canada to Estonia and gained experience from working with civil society at the European Solidarity Corps Program in Armenia, Gyumri city. In addition, she has conducted an internship at the Development Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and volunteered for an international student-based consultancy company called 180 Degrees Consulting.
She is a native speaker of Estonian, fluent in English, and has proficiency in Russian. Currently, she is learning Swedish.

Jorge holds an M.Sc. in Forestry with post-graduate studies in Development Aid and Soil Conservation, complemented with training in Climate Change; GIS; Environmental issues, Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and Result Based Management Planning (RBM). Jorge has 30 years of professional experience from Latin America, Africa and Europe in Natural Resources Management. He has working experience both in short and long term assignments, including consultancies, home office coordination and project direction (team leader and Chief Technical Advisor), covering areas such as: Rural Development; Community Based Natural Resource Management, Forestry and Integrated Land and Water Management. Jorge is well familiar with different approaches to climate change adaptation and climate change mitigation in the rural development context. He has relevant experience in design and coordination of international training programmes on forest management and forest certification. Jorge has been subject-matter specialist in a large number of NRM assignments including feasibility studies, assessments, evaluation and project design. Jorge has vast experience in coordinating consultancy assignments, providing relevant technical backstopping support and applying quality management system in service delivery.

Karin Nordlöf is a Junior Project Manager in the business area Monitoring & Evaluation. She holds a M.Sc. in International Development and Management (LUMID) from Lund University.
Before working at FCG Sweden, Karin conducted field research on adolescent SRHR, HIV and gender in Mozambique and completed an internship at the UNFPA country office in Maputo. She has previous experience from working with civil society organisations in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Brazil. Karin is fluent in Swedish, English and speaks Portuguese.

Malin is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, currently managing long-term programmes in Kenya, Kosovo and Palestine, and Business Area Coordinator for Water and Natural Resources. She joined FCG Sweden (formerly ORGUT) in 2006 as marketing officer and became later representative office coordinator and home office coordinator mainly with Ethiopia. In between, she has been working as Young Consultant in the Sida-Amhara Rural Development Programme, Bahir Dar, Ethiopia (2008) and as Programme Officer within Democracy and Human Rights with focus on Peace and Security for Sida at the Swedish Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda (2011-2014). Malin has extensive experience of management and coordination of projects funded by different donors (e.g. Sida, MFA Finland, EU, NDF, WB). Her main focus is projects within water sector services, land administration, natural resource management, democracy and peace and security.
