Efunsola Titiloye

Efunsola joined in 2010 and brings over 15 year's experience in the housing, property and luxury retail sector. He primarily works closely with all the major stakeholders, as well as manages and overseas every stage of each property development in the expanding FIDC property portfolio. This currently includes Kagara Place and Ilubirin. Efunshola Titiloye is a highly energetic, motivated and result-oriented Senior Architect and Project Manager with deep experience in all facets of construction and project management. She has a great passion and appreciation for design and detailing.

Martin Kearns

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Martin joined in 2012 and brings over 20 years of experience in the consumer and commercial sector. With an outstanding contact network across the industry, Martin builds strong commercial partnerships and enables FIDC to hone in on new commercial ventures and investment opportunities… Martin Kearns has an Honours degree in engineering from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom (UK). He worked as a consulting engineer with international consultancy firm Mott MacDonald, in property and infrastructure projects in the UK, Hong Kong, China and Indonesia. A key development on which Martin gained considerable experience was Citywest Business Campus which included the government-backed National Digital Park. In 2004 Martin relocated to South Africa to establish the operation and business of Eurocape Holdings (Pty) Ltd. During this time Martin also served on the Board of the Cape Town Central City Improvement District. In 2011, he established Indicium Consultancy Services which provided consulting services in all aspects of property acquisitions and sales, development and management to the private and public sector. With his experience of mixed-use and multi-purpose projects in around the globe, Kearns is well placed to take up his role on the the Ilubirin Foreshore mixed-use development.

Olawale Bamgbelu

Olawale joined in 2014 and brings over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial project management. He builds strong partnerships in the industry and across the development cycle to ensure every project has an underlining confidence, structure and excellence running smoothly at every stage. An accomplished professional with over two and a half decades of global construction and engineering experience. An extensive track record of exceeding targets, cutting expenditure and maximising profit margins. Valuable commercial, contract and project delivery knowledge stems from unique industry experience, having managed PPP mega civil engineering projects from the London Underground station modernisation, to office development in Canada, Lekki Toll Roads in Lagos and mixed-use development in Lagos, Ajman (UAE) and Lebanon (Beirut). A proven industry ability for timely project delivery and success is matched only by professional accreditation as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Member of the Chartered Institution of the Civil Engineering Surveyors and Certified Member of the Association for Project Management (Chartered Body). At home in a diverse range of cost, project and commercial management roles, with an innate ability for developing new skills and industry expertise on the job, thriving on fast-paced and challenging work. Building lasting and effective relationships is always an operational focus, understanding the specific, tailored needs of clientele, management, decision makers and even elected officials, ensuring they are welcomed into mutually beneficial environment.
