Glen was a partner in a 2 man company, Oak Grove Equities, which acquired and developed this property in Lake Elsinore, CA and negotiated agreements with Target, McDonalds, Starbuckx, Bank of America and many other national and regional tenants. Glen managed all the engineers, architects, permits and Contractors... Glen is a seasoned architect and developer with over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial space. From home additions to full-scale commercial buildings, he's managed it from soup to nuts. Dreaming it, getting it approved by the city, breaking ground and opening doors... From 2012-2016 Glen and his partner Craig Schleuniger acquired this property and developed this office and retail complex in Murrieta, CA. Glen did site planning, entitlements, and was the General Contractor for 5 buildings in the project. Glen also designed and constructed Tenant Improvements for 16 of the tenants in the project. Ware Malcomb Architects designed the buildings. ​
