LA NOVELLA

La Novella was born on 6th March 1986, when three guys decided to start promoting the excellent local products right across the Maremma countryside: from small cheese producers, honey from the family's beekeeper friend, and the grocer who, at the time, was producing only 20 prosciutto hams a year... La Novella has always been about the love for tradition and passion for our work. A passion that led the company to spend years searching and selecting the best local products to offer to our customers, both through our own brand and through our own distribution network: spices, soups, polenta, risotto, condiments, game sauces, creams, and much more..... Today aromatic oils, sauces, spices and La Novella pasta can be found in London, Helsinki, Moscow, and elsewhere... At one point, in addition to sales, La Novella also wanted to offer the possibility to eat local products at our site. To this end, the Merenderia space was added to those of production and sales.
