Alex Sosnov is the Chief People & Culture Officer at MetLife Australia. She is responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of all HR and Talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
Alex has over 25 years of experience in human resources and business leadership, mainly in global financial services. Before joining MetLife, she served as Global Head of Leadership & Management Development at BlackRock. In addition, she held positions at Barclays and TAL, along with roles in the health and non-profit sectors. Since starting at MetLife in 2017, Alex has held roles including Regional Head of Talent and Global HR Business Partner. She was appointed to her current role in 2022 which she held alongside regional talent until 2025.

Julie has over 40 years of experience in superannuation, manufacturing and professional services industries.
Most recently she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at CareSuper for over 20 years and concurrently held directorships at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, Fund Executives Association Limited and the Business Council of Co-operatives & Mutuals.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Deakin University (with a Dean's Award); she gained fellowship of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, was a 40 year member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She was appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director of MetLife Australia in February 2024.

Justine joined MetLife in Australia as General Counsel & Head of Legal in March 2025.
She is a senior legal adviser and compliance expert with over 20 years' experience and an expert focus on providing pragmatic advice in strategically important matters.
Justine has been the General Counsel and regulatory legal expert at several different financial services organisations.
Recently she led an enterprise-wide program team to implement the changes associated with CPS 230 and the Financial Accountability Regime.
As well as being a proven trusted C-suite advisor to Boards, Committees, senior executives and stakeholders she has been an independent director and chaired the Finance and Risk Management Committee for an ASIC-regulated public institution.
Justine holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and recently completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and her final Master of Law subject at the University of Sydney.
Keiran has been MetLife's Chief Financial Officer since May 2023.
Keiran joined MetLife in 2012 and has served in a range of leadership roles spanning business development, reinsurance, customer and product.
He has over 20 years' experience in the insurance sector and has previously worked in global organisations including ING, Swiss Re, Marsh & McLennan Companies and TAL.

Meray El-Khoury is the Chief Insurance Officer, responsible for our client partnerships, as well as developing all of MetLife's product and pricing strategies in the Australian market.
Meray is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies) degree.
Her career spans over 15 years in the insurance, superannuation and wealth management industries, most recently performing roles at MetLife including Chief Retail Insurance Officer and Head of Retail Distribution.
Prior to joining MetLife in 2019, Meray held various roles across the Superannuation industry, with highlights including Head of Corporate and Institutional Distribution at a major industry fund, as well as roles in group insurance, finance and financial planning.
With a strong passion for developing customer-led product solutions, Meray aims to deliver meaningful propositions to customers that are valued over their lifetime.

Michael is responsible for leading the growth strategy across the Group and Retail distribution channels.
Michael is a highly experienced Executive with over 25 years' experience across Executive, Leadership and Sales and Relationship Management roles.
He has extensive sales experience and specialises in growing organisations Net Cash Flow via development and implementation of sales and distribution strategies for attracting new superannuation partners, brokers and growing a network of aligned advice practices.
Prior to joining MetLife, Michael held a number of senior positions for NAB Wealth and most recently, was the Executive General Manager for Growth, Advice & Marketing for Sunsuper.

Apart from her position as Chair of MetLife Australia, Nicola is a highly respected and experienced Non-Executive Director of significant ASX listed, government and private companies. Nicola is an M&A and equity capital markets lawyer and spent nearly 30 years at King & Wood Mallesons (20 years as a partner) practising law and in several senior management roles. She has extensive experience in Asia where she advised a number of Asian and Australian companies in her legal career and where she has experience across Asia in her non-executive director career.
She has held directorships and chairmanships across banking, energy, real estate, logistics and health insurance businesses as well as not-for-profit organisations. In 2023, Nicola was awarded as a member of the Order of Australia for services to business, law and diversity.
Nicola is passionate about diversity and is the Chairman of the 30% Club (Australia). Nicola was selected in 2009 as a member of Advance Asia 50 - a group of the most influential Australians living & working in Asia and was selected in 2011 as a member of Advance Global 50 - a group of leading Australian women working outside Australia. The Australian Financial Review named Nicola in 2013 as one of the inaugural 100 Women of Influence.

Wendy also oversees Australia's grant making efforts for MetLife Foundation.
Wendy has over 20+ years' experience in the financial services industry across insurance, superannuation and wealth management. Since joining MetLife in 2020, Wendy's focus has been ensuring strategy execution and experimentation is integral to driving valuable partnerships that deliver better customer outcomes. Wendy is passionate about making a difference to help customers live more confident futures and achieving measurable impact for our people, customers, communities and shareholders.
Prior to joining MetLife, Wendy worked for a number of global advisory firms across strategy, product, transformation, asset consulting, audit, regulatory change and risk management.
