MELA COFFEE ROASTING

We roast specialty coffee - coffees that score better than 80 on the SCAA's 100 point scale. We work hard to master the arts of coffee roasting and brewing so that we can draw out the best flavors hidden in each coffee and origin... Since 2007 we have been trying to serve the best possible espresso at our cafe in the heart of downtown Wenatchee... We are excited to keep getting better. We are always working to source better coffees, roast them better, and brew them better. We take our time to develop detailed roast profiles for each of our coffees and roast in small batches. Everything we do seeks to get the best cup and best experience for our cafe customers, and the customers of our wholesale customers.
