Bringing 37 years of healthcare finance experience to his role, Dale E. Hocking currently serves as vice president and chief financial officer for Jupiter Medical Center. He is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, treasury, debt structure, revenue cycle, supply chain, decision support, and IT financial applications. Hocking is a member of the board of directors for Jupiter Medical Center's captive insurance company and manages the insurance portfolio. He is also on the board of Jupiter Medical Center's Regional Group Purchasing Organization and other affiliated companies. Hocking has many years of experience as a chief financial officer for hospitals. Prior to joining Jupiter Medical Center, he served senior vice president and chief financial officer for Central Florida Health in Leesburg, Florida. He was also the vice president and chief financial officer of the Mayo Clinic and Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, and vice president and chief financial officer of Methodist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Hocking began his career working in public accounting for both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. He was awarded the 2018 CFO of the Year in the nonprofit category by the South Florida Business Journal. Hocking graduated from the University of Florida and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a Charted Global Management Accountant.

Dr. Amit Rastogi

Dr. Amit Rastogi is the president and chief executive officer of Jupiter Medical Center. The first physician leader in Jupiter Medical Center's history, Rastogi provides strategic direction and leadership as the medical center expands the breadth and depth of its clinical services and evolves into a regional health system. Prior to joining Jupiter Medical Center, Dr. Rastogi held executive roles at Yale New Haven Health, serving as chief medical officer, chief operating officer, and interim chief executive officer. During his tenure, he instituted numerous safety and quality initiatives and helped implement healthcare technology solutions. Dr. Rastogi has also served as senior vice president of strategy, growth and innovation at Inova Health, Virginia's leading health care system, where he led health system strategy, developed innovative care models, and oversaw marketing and philanthropy. Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Rastogi has more than 15 years of clinical practice experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and pursued postgraduate training at Brigham and Women's Hospital-Harvard Medical School and St. Vincent's Medical Center-Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Rastogi holds a master's degree in healthcare management from Harvard University and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a 2024 candidate for Johns Hopkins University Masters in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety. He lectures internationally on topics such as healthcare technology, healthcare economics and genomics. Since joining Jupiter Medical Center, Rastogi has been named one of "50 Power Leaders in Healthcare" by the South Florida Business Journal, and Palm Beach Illustrated included him in the "Palm Beach 100 - Palm Beach County's Most Influential Business Leaders" for 2020 and 2021. Dr. Rastogi is co-chair of the Palm Beach Tech Association's CEO Peer Group. He is also a member of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Florida Hospital Association's Policy Committee, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, and the Business Development Board's Life Sciences Advisory Council.

Dr. Jefferson R. Vaughan

Dr. Jefferson R. Vaughan is highly regarded among his peers for his technical skills, excellent outcomes and low complication rates. On staff at Jupiter Medical Center since 1995, Dr. Vaughan started the bariatric surgery program in 2000 with an extensive background in weight loss surgery. Dr. Vaughan trained under Dr. Alan Wittgrove, pioneer of the laparoscopic approach of gastric bypass surgery and the first surgeon to perform a laparoscopic gastric bypass in the world. Since then, Dr. Vaughan has performed thousands of laparoscopic gastric bypasses and has trained 36 surgical teams from around the world in his techniques. After graduating from Birmingham Southern College, Dr. Vaughan attended the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. Dr. Vaughan is proficient in both open incision and Laparoscopic weight loss surgery. In addition to bariatric surgery, he performs an entire range of general surgery, including gallbladder removal, hernia repairs, heartburn surgery, colon and intestinal surgery, stomach surgery and skin cancer surgery.

As director of the Mindfulness Center at Jupiter Medical Center, Sheila Griffin is dedicated to educating and supporting people at all stages of their health and wellness journeys so that they can achieve optimal physical and mental health and well-being. An experienced health and wellness professional, Sheila offers a variety of classes and workshops at the Mindfulness Center. She is a skilled mindfulness and yoga teacher, with certifications that include 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT), Yoga4Cancer teacher, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certified teacher. Sheila completed training as a health and wellness coach at Emory University, and as a mindfulness teacher at Brown University and the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She also has a master's degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University and bachelor's degree in marketing from Loyola University in New Orleans.
