Ilko Iliev (44) is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outsourcing to Bulgaria. He is responsible for all management and project activities of the company at national and international level. Ilko has more than 17 years investment and business consulting experience in information technology, renewable energy and robotics, etc. He has arranged numerous successful investment rounds for software start-ups and renewable energy projects and technologies. Ilko furthermore has done market reports and analyses for local and international companies and governments. Besides the management of Inea Consulting Ltd, he is member of consulting committee of Prime Innovations Ltd, founding member of European Competent Forum - NGO, Member of Advisory Board of East European Energy Systems Plc, etc. Ilko Iliev holds B.Sc. in Construction Management at Varna University of Economics, Bulgaria having specialized in sustainable energy, project management of software development and business psychology.
