PHMS, LLC was founded in 2009 and provides effective and efficient process hazard services to the Chemical Process Industry. 33 years of chemical process experience, including manufacturing, process & capital engineering and EHS Staff positions, means PHMS can "right-size" a management system to the customer's needs. The focus is to reduce the risk of a process-related events through optimal prevention systems. Services include: process design reviews for functionality and safety, PHA Facilitation, PSM and RMP Program development and training, risk assessment, consequence modeling, auditing and assessment of process systems, incident investigation, pre-merger assessments and post merger integration.
