RETROFIT - Key Persons
Hazel is an AHPC-licensed physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology. Before her journey with Retrofit, she had numerous experiences with the geriatric population and patients having multiple chronic conditions in both inpatient and community settings. As a physiotherapist, she aims to assist the frail and elderly realise their potential within themselves and strives to assist them in achieving as much independence as possible.

Li Hoong has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2004. She specialises in sports injury prevention and functional rehab. Having participated in endurance events like - ultra marathon, triathlon, long-distance walking, cycling, and canoeing, she was made aware of the importance of having a well-structured race preparation programme to prevent injuries. Her experiences, along with a belief that a healthy mind and body underpins the success of her clients' outcomes have seen her successfully guide countless clients to shape the way they approach functional training, improve their posture, and prevent sporting injuries. Her clients range from young athletes and working adults to seniors with medical conditions.
Li Hoong was also a sports trainer and sports massage therapist for the Singapore national team in global and regional sports events like the SEA Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Youth Para Games, Asian Youth Games, and Youth Olympics Games.
Not one to rest on her laurels, she is constantly upgrading herself in different ways to help and motivate more people to lead a better quality of life via physical activity. She balances her work by practicing meditation, cycling, swimming, and jogging.
