Prior to COMPELCEOS, Russ worked for many years with Vistage International, Inc. based in San Diego, CA. Vistage is the World's largest Membership Organization of CEO's. Russ is an active EMT/Volunteer Firefighter serving currently as 1st Asst. Chief with the Nissequogue Fire Department a lifelong Rotarian.
