Established in March 1997, SDS's early engagements involved the design and management of irrigation projects. Our company has since expanded, providing support in agriculture, agrarian reform, natural resources management, community development, institutional development, health and transport. The company's pool of consultants also grew in the process. Our work, to date, includes projects implemented in various locations in the Philippines, including remote areas, while some involve assignments abroad, in Southeast and Central Asia.
