About Carolyn Highly qualified to IFA level and now a full Partner at Solent Associates with 24 years industry experience at management level is responsible for Mortgage and General insurance distribution. An organised and tenacious operator she will fully support your mortgage application and take the problems off your shoulders. Mortgage lenders are notoriously difficult to deal with and Carolyn just "sorts them out"! Carolyn has many clients in the Bournemouth and Poole areas ( some further afield) and her speciality is family home finance and mortgages. Carolyn is the happiest person we know and very family orientated.
About David Associate and retired partner had 27 years experience. David was influential in the success of Solent Associates having worked closely in the industry with David Winsall for more than 20 years and more than 14 years with Carolyn. David introduces pensions and investment clients to the firm. We miss David in the office since he retired.

About David Senior Partner with 37 years industry experience runs the practice and has overall responsibility to maintain underwriting relationships with key lenders and providers, customer services and regulatory compliance in mortgages and general insurance advice. David also heads legal and conveyancing departments in conjunction with our key partners scheme and is an elected member of the Society of Will Writers. Holding a Fellowship with Institute of Paralegals, legal matters are easily assessed. David is a fully qualified IFA and specialises in pension solutions.
