I am a fully qualified pastry chef and professional cake maker. Having worked at the Queens Hotel and the Normandie Hotel and have over 30 years experience of making delicious sweet Fancies... We are cake makers based in Bournemouth, Dorset. Here at Sweet Indulgent Fancies we have a passion for designing and creating bespoke cakes for all occasions.
