CHRIS SMALL is Director of Trading at Windham Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in 2015 and is responsible for trading and execution for Windham's multi-asset and liquid alternative strategies. Chris manages the implementation of our investment solutions across domestic and foreign equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities with experience in a wide variety of vehicles, including - ETFs, futures, forwards, and swaps. He also assists the portfolio managers with ETF and other product research. Prior to Windham, Chris was a senior trader and manager at Windhaven Investment Management. During his tenure at Windhaven, Chris advanced its trading operations and technology as the firm grew from $2 billion to $19 billion. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Premedical Studies, and a minor in Political Science from Middlebury College.

MARK KRITZMAN, CFA is a Founding Partner and CEO of Windham Capital Management, LLC and the Chairman of Windham's investment committee. He is responsible for managing research activities and investment advisory services. Mark is also a Founding Partner of State Street Associates, and he teaches a graduate finance course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as a Founding Director of the International Securities Exchange and as a Commissioner on the Group Insurance Commission of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also served on the Advisory Board of the Government Investment Corporation of Singapore (GIC) and the boards of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance, The Investment Fund for Foundations, and State Street Associates. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Protego Trust Company, the Advisory Board of the MIT Sloan Finance Group, the Board of Governors of St. John's University, the Emerging Markets Review, the Journal of Alternative Investments, the Journal of Derivatives, the Journal of Investment Management, where he is Book Review Editor, and The Journal of Portfolio Management. He has written 90 articles for peer-reviewed journals and is the author or co-author of seven books including A Practitioner's Guide to Asset Allocation, Puzzles of Finance, and The Portable Financial Analyst. Mark won Graham and Dodd scrolls in 1993 and 2002, the Research Prize from the Institute for Quantitative Investment Research in 1997, the Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy Award nine times, the Roger F. Murray Prize from the Q-Group in 2012, and the Peter L. Bernstein Award in 2013 for Best Paper in an Institutional Investor Journal. RICHARD LINDSEY, PhD is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Windham Capital Management, LLC. Dr. Lindsey joined the firm in 2016 and is responsible for managing Windham's multi-asset and liquid alternative strategies. Prior to Windham, Dr. Lindsey served as the Chief Investment Strategist, Liquid Alternative Group for Janus Capital. In this role, he developed and co-managed the liquid alternative strategies and was also a member of the Janus Capital Group Global Allocation Committee. Before joining Janus in August 2012, Dr. Lindsey was a principal of the Callcott Group, LLC, a quantitative consulting group, where he was responsible for directing research activities and advisory services. For eight years, he was president of Bear, Stearns Securities Corporation and a member of the Management Committee of The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. Before joining Bear Stearns, Dr. Lindsey served as the Director of Market Regulation for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as the Chief Economist of the SEC. He was a finance professor at the Yale School of Management before joining the SEC. He currently teaches at New York University. Dr. Lindsey has also served on several corporate boards including, The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF), the Options Clearing Corporation, the International Securities Exchange, and Strike Technologies. He has done extensive work in the areas of portfolio construction, risk management, and the trading of securities. He has held Visiting Academic positions at the Nikko Research Institute in Tokyo, Japan, and Visiting Economist at the New York Stock Exchange. He is a Fellow of the Courant Institute, the Chairman of the International Association for Quantitative Finance, and a Chairman of the Quantitative Group for Finance. Dr. Lindsey is also a member of the Bretton Woods Committee. Dr. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and a PhD in Finance from the University of California Berkeley.
