Our sewing department has a range of sewing machines to offer a unique visual impact, with a sewing style to meet your design requirements. We pride ourselves on being able to produce high quality sewing using vintage and rare machines, working to specifications which are not always achievable on some modern day sewing machines... Set in distinctively rural surroundings, Hipwell Bookbinders has established a very particular reputation among graphic designers. During the last 3 decades the workshop has incorporated contemporary graphics into books, brochures, ring binders, slip cases, portfolios, boxes and presentation cases. The individual effects achieved are realised though a wide variety of binding techniques and materials. The possibilities obtainable have to be seen to be fully appreciated, even by designers fully versed in print and paper.
