, is a past-president of the Grove City Chamber of Commerce, as well as a former Board Member for USO of Ohio and South-Western City Schools Education Foundation Trustee. Titus earned an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University. Larry currently serves with the Grove City Rotary Club, is a City of Grove City Planning Commissioner, and is an Ambassador for Heartland Banks. The Columbus City Council, Ohio House of Representatives, and the South-Western City Schools Board have all recognized his volunteer work in our community.
