In 1952 Swartout Construction was established. Our primary work was gravel crushing and excavating. In 1989 we entered into septic work including pumping, installations, and service including power snake and high pressure water jetting. In the mid '90s Swartout ceased its excavation business to focus primarily on septic service. In 2005 we started renting portable restrooms... We are locally owned and operated. Whether an emergency situation or routine maintenance, we strive to have the quickest response time in the area.
