BLUEWATER - Key Persons
Founder, Jeffrey Hinks brings over 20 years of industry experience to our work along with a passion for the projects we work on. He grew up in Maryland and always appreciated time out on the water.
Jeffrey started at 18 years old working with larger contracters serving commercial clients. In the process, he developed relationships with vendors and the local agencies and then completed certifications programs and licensing. He started Bluewater Custom Builders in 2013 to focus on hardscape services to residential customers.
Jeff is certified by the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute (ICPI), as well as the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA). He pursues continuing education with ICPI and industry green LEED. He has always enjoyed the construction industry, and truly loves creating amazing outdoor living spaces for this clients.
