Before joining BrandTrust, he accompanied the transformation of a Swiss family business in Zug for twelve years in leading management positions. He also supported a renowned brand institute in Geneva as a consultant and researcher. Before emigrating to Switzerland, he was co-founder and partner of a management consultancy in Witten (Germany). Bastian Schneider is involved on a voluntary basis as President and Chairman Switzerland of the international Brand Club based in Vienna. Bastian Schneider also stands out as a passionate communicator on the topic of "brand and future". The alumnus of the University of Bayreuth is a co-founder and long-standing team leader of the Bayreuth Economics Congress. After initial attempts to establish P2P car sharing in Germany, his path led him to a leading German premium car manufacturer. In 2011, as the responsible project manager, he developed an event concept for the Asian market that was unique at the time and has since won several international awards. He joined BrandTrust in 2012. In over 70 projects, Fernando has supported well-known SMEs and DAX-listed companies in developing and implementing their brand strategy and using their brand as a commercial value creation tool. Fernando is a sought-after speaker and moderator, lecturer at the former BAW, Quadriga University and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Since 2016, he has also been the head of the sought-after Brand Strategy Seminar. He is also the head of the BrandTrust Talks podcast. He is also committed to helping young entrepreneurs and supports several start-ups in the brand development process every year.
