Dalith Steiger is a serial entrepreneur and a global AI Strategist and Thought-Leader. Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is a Swiss application security expert and entrepreneur. He started his career as a penetration tester and has over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity auditing and digital forensics.
After serving in Swiss artillery troops in 2007, Ilia founded his first cybersecurity consulting company High-Tech Bridge. In 2014, Frost & Sullivan named the company a leading service provider in the European penetration testing market. Later, Ilia invented and built the first prototype of ImmuniWeb Platform that combined the strengths of human intelligence with the power of Machine Learning. Dr. Kolochenko is a member of the Europol Data Protection Experts Network (EDEN), a Member of GIAC Advisory Board and SANS CISO Network, a Committee Member at Boston University MET CIC (Cybercrime Investigation & Cybersecurity) Center and CIPP exam item writer at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He authored over 50 articles on application security and cybercrime investigation for leading cybersecurity magazines including CSO Online, SC Media and Dark Reading, as well as Forbes. Dr. Kolochenko is also an adjunct professor of cybersecurity practice and cyber law at Capitol Technology University.

A native of Denmark, Kim Hildebrant has lived in Lugano for over 25 years, and is currently the President of Anchorage Group PLC, a global consultancy with offices in London & Zurich.
Hildebrant graduated from Franklin University Switzerland in 1990 with a B.A. in International Relations, and then went on to forge a career in the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen.

Tal Pavel is the Head of Cybersecurity Studies in the Information Systems Program, at The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo.Founder and director of the Institute for Cyber Policy Studies.
Tal Pavel has served as a keynote speaker at international conferences; and has been interviewed as an expert cyber commentator on all major Israeli media outlets.
Born in Lugano on 21 April 1966. He is an independent business consultant.
In 1992 he began his political career, being elected to the City Council of Lugano for the party Lega dei Ticinesi. In 1995 he assumed the position of Municipal Councillor for one year, replacing Marco Borradori. In the same year he was elected to the Grand Council; he chaired the Management and Finance Commission twice and in 2012 he became president of the Grand Council. During the 2019-2023 legislative term, he was re-elected to the Grand Council.
In 2013 he was elected Municipal Councillor of the City of Lugano. In 2021-2024 he was reappointed to the Municipality, and named Deputy Mayor at the beginning of the term.
In October 2021 he was elected Mayor, following the death of the late Marco Borradori. He is the head of the Institutions Department, which includes the Municipal Chancellery, the Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Institutional Relations, Economic Development Divisions, the Neighbourhoods Office and the Conciliation Office.
