Andrea has been working in the communications and marketing field for over 20 years.
Her passion is telling DBC's unique story. She loves to let the amazing people who work here and the incredible skills they possess shine for themselves.
She has been helping from the wings since Doug founded the company; wearing a variety of hats around the office be it Photography, marketing, advertising, storytelling, video taking and making, and a large amount of IT and tech work to keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes.

Dana is the father of DBC's owner, Doug, and DBC's office manager, Kristen. Growing up in Erie, Dana officially began working construction at the age of 15 alongside his dad. He is a graduate of McDowell High School and served in the Army National Guard. Through the years Dana has worked in construction as an estimator and purchased and remodeled homes and businesses in the Warren and Erie County area. Dana balances the enjoyment of people with his love for construction.
A life-long outdoorsman, Dana prefers spending his free time hunting or fishing. He and his wife, Mary, reside in Millcreek.

Doug grew up doing construction & remodeling with his family his whole life. He loves seeing existing structures renewed and given revitalized purpose and function and always dreamed of owning his own business. Running DBC and working with such an incredible and talented group of people brings him incredible joy and satisfaction.
Doug values being a lifelong learner and is passionate about reading, studying, and improving continually. He takes the responsibility of guiding this company thoughtfully. He strives to grow as an individual so that he develops and serves people well with integrity and excellence.
When Doug isn't working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, snowboarding, coaching his son's baseball team, reading, and enjoying great food and music in the Erie area.
He feels honored to operate DBC in the Northwest PA region and to call this area home. He works with the most unique and skilled professionals who are artists in their trade. He considers his job a privilege to get to shape how they function in the place they call home.

Geoff has been in the home remodeling industry doing kitchen and bathroom remodeling for about 30 years. He grew up in Albion but currently resides in Girard with his family.
He has been with DBC since January 2018 and currently manages our Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling division. His favorite aspect of the job is the people he works with and seeing customers' satisfaction once their space is transformed into something beautiful.
When Geoff isn't working, he enjoys golf, softball, shooting darts, camping, canoeing and kayaking, cooking meat in the smoker, and spending time with his family.

Jeff joined our company in 2018 but has been in and around the construction field for over nineteen years, including owning his own company for seven years. Jeff specializes in painting and custom finishes - he tells everyone his job is to make things "pretty." Jeff places a high priority on giving his customer's a pleasant and friendly experience while receiving a beautiful finished product.
Jeff grew up in Atwater, OH, later relocating to Girard with his wife, Karla, and their two adorable golden retrievers. He spends his free time working on projects with his wife, traveling, and enjoying their life together. Jeff considers his co-workers at DBC an extension of his family.

Joshua has previously worked for a home builder as a laborer during the summer throughout college. The whole time he was always watching, learning, and asking questions because he strived to be much more than just a laborer. He also worked as a carpenter's assistant, giving him more experience in the remodeling industry.
He always wants to be providing the customer with excellent service whether it be framing, hanging drywall, installing flooring, and more. The job requires problem-solving and a little improvising at times but he is always up for a challenge. Joshua fits in well at DBC because he is an "attention to detail" kind of person and loves working with my hands to take a customer's vision and make it a reality.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys working on his house, golfing, and playing video games with friends and family.

Steve grew up in Erie but currently lives in Waterford. He grew up being a jack of all trades working with his dad in the construction and remodeling field. He has been with DBC since January 2017 and manages our sunroom division, where he makes customers' dreams come true! Steve's favorite part of the job is truly helping clients create a home where they love to live. He also loves being able to figure out solutions to unique problems in our customer's homes.
When he isn't working, he is playing guitar, hunting, ATV riding, or spending time with his family!

Travis began working for DBC in 2018. He has an extensive construction background including growing up in and around the construction industry. At the age of thirteen, he began working summers and school vacations for his father and grandfather's construction company. Travis grew up in the Saegertown area and currently resides in Cambridge Springs with his wife and two children. He enjoys the outdoors and all it has to offer - from skiing to hunting, camping and kayaking. He especially loves supporting his kids in all their pursuits.
Travis previously managed our basement division at DBC but at the end of 2021 transitioned to Sales manager. He enjoys turning customers' dreams for their homes into reality. Travis' passion for the work he does shows in every project he is a part of.
