Alexa A. Dembek

Alexa Dembek is the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer for DuPont. She is responsible for developing and implementing DuPont's innovation and sustainability strategy across the portfolio of market-leading, high growth businesses in Electronics & Industrial, Water & Protection and Materials & Mobility. She was named to this role following the merger of Dow Chemical and E.I. DuPont in September of 2017. From 2015-2017, Ms. Dembek served as Senior Director for Central Research and Development / Science & Innovation. She led the bold and intentional re-design of Central Research and Development (10% of $2B total R&D investment) to a more responsive, market-oriented, innovation machine by embedding talent and capabilities into the businesses to be close to customers and applications. From 2012-2015, Ms. Dembek served as the Global Business Director for the corporate new business development venture in Energy Storage. She led a multi-business R&D, marketing and M&A venture team to define a compelling business case for entering the Energy Storage industry in Asia by developing differentiated electrolyte technology. Between 2011-2012, she served as the Regional Business Director for Performance Polymers Americas. She held P&L responsibility for the $1.2B revenue North and South America Performance Polymers business across diverse Engineering Polymers and Elastomer products lines and Automotive, Industrial, Consumer and Electronics market segments. Ms. Dembek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University and a PhD in Chemistry from Penn State University.

Andrew Filson - COO

Andy Filson joined CoorsTek in 2017 as Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining CoorsTek, Andy served in numerous operational leadership roles at Corning, a market leader in specialty glass and optics. At Corning, Andy lead multiple global business units, most recently serving as Vice President Operations/Supply Chain of Corning Specialty Materials. Andy has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Syracuse University.

David H. Li - CEO, President

David H. Li is the President and CEO and a director of CMC Materials, a global materials supplier to the semiconductor industry. Before assuming this role in 2015, Mr. Li served as Vice President of the Asia Pacific Region for the company for 7 years. Prior to that he held various senior leadership and management positions since he joined the company in 1997, including regional and product line management, operations, supply chain and investor relations. Mr. Li earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Irma Lockridge

Irma Lockridge joined CoorsTek in 2016. Prior to CoorsTek, Irma served as senior vice president of human resources in several businesses including Newell Rubbermaid, Western Union, TeleTech, and Colorado Casualty/Liberty Mutual Insurance. Additionally, she has held several human resources leadership positions with Archstone and Accenture. Irma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Irma Lockridge joined CoorsTek in 2016 and serves as the Chief People and Systems Officer.

Jay Voncannon - CFO

Jay Voncannon serves as the chief financial officer of CoorsTek, Inc. Jay brings more than 20 years of financial leadership, vision, and experience. Prior to joining CoorsTek, he served as the chief financial officer for Koch Equity Development, the investment and acquisition subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., with annual revenues of more than $100 billion. Jay is responsible for directing and evaluating the global fiscal functions, financial planning process, and financial performance of CoorsTek. He aids in creating the long term strategic direction for the company and helps drive effective decision making. Jay holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baylor University, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, and member of the AICPA. He believes our vision to make the world measurably better is done through the many products we develop - the value our customers place on our products is a measure of the value CoorsTek creates in society.

Jeffrey L. Albee

Jeff Albee is Chief Financial and Investment Officer at Adolph Coors Company, LLC. Prior to joining ACC, Mr. Albee was a Managing Director at BDT Capital Partners where he was an investment and advisory professional focused on serving family businesses as a capital partner and trusted advisor. Prior to BDT, Mr. Albee spent a decade at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its investment banking division as a member of its Midwest Industrials and Merger Leadership Groups advising boards and management teams considering a wide range of strategic matters and transactions. Prior to Goldman, Mr. Albee worked for General Motors in its Treasurer's Office with responsibilities including global capital markets and cash management and investment, pension funding & analysis, capital planning, business development, and managing relationships with wall street banks and credit rating agencies. Mr. Albee has served in numerous board capacities over the years including most recently as board member of Alliance Laundry Systems. He also serves as a board member of Junior Achievement of Chicago, Butler University's board of visitors, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He received a B.S. in Finance from Butler University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Albee resides in Western Springs, IL with his wife, Megan, and his two children Jackson and Lillian.

Jonathan Coors is the chief executive officer of CoorsTek, Inc. He joined CoorsTek in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles across the Company prior to being appointed CEO, including CEO/president of the Medical and Semiconductor team and Plant Manager with the CoorsTek Armor Solutions division. Prior to CoorsTek, Jonathan worked for the Office of the Governor for the State of California under Arnold Schwarzenegger in various operations and campaign roles. Jonathan is passionate about translating the Company's strategy into practical ways to grow the business in alignment with customer needs. With more than 4800 team members across 40 locations world-wide, he enjoys the challenge of integrating various corporate cultures and new ways of thinking and working into the fifth-generation family business. As an active member of the local Denver chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), he values the importance of connecting and partnering to elevate family owned and operated businesses. Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Pepperdine University, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Denver. He and his wife Erin live in Colorado with their children and in his free time he enjoys adventure racing and teaching his five boys how to fly fish. Kevin Ressler - Chief Commercial Officer

Kevin Ressler joined CoorsTek in 2022 and serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for CoorsTek. He has a strong track record of driving profit through market driven product innovation, with extensive leadership experience in the semiconductor, telecommunications, and electronics industries. Kevin joined CoorsTek from MKS Instruments, the Massachusetts-based multinational manufacturer of process control solutions for the semiconductor industry where he served most recently as Vice President Pressure and Flow Measurement and Control. Prior to joining MKS, Kevin spent seven years with Commscope in a variety of senior roles. He spent the early part of his career with TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics). Ressler holds a PhD in Electronic Materials Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Science and Engineering from Penn State. Kevin Ressler joined CoorsTek in 2022 and currently serves as our Chief Commercial Officer.

Mary Gritzmacher - Chief Legal Officer

Mary Gritzmacher joined CoorsTek in March 2014 and has held positions in both the U.S. and for CoorsTek GmbH in Lauf, Germany, where she developed the Legal team's presence in that region. Prior to joining CoorsTek Mary held roles as in-house counsel at Orica Mining Services and as a real estate, business, and finance attorney at various international law firms. Mary earned a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and bachelor's degrees in accounting and government at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Mary joined CoorsTek in 2014 and serves as the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary.

Michael Coors - CEO

Michael Coors is the Chief Executive Officer of CoorsTek, Inc., as well as other family boards and leadership responsibilities. In addition, he currently serves on the board of the One Institute, a Phoenix based non-profit focused on connecting young entrepreneurs and business people to each other and their calling. He is also a manager of 10K Investments, a family investing group primarily focused on early stage investments. Prior to joining CoorsTek, Michael worked to reopen a historic ski area on the Colorado Front Range. He joined CoorsTek in 2008 holding various technology, operations, and management roles in the company. In 2012 he targeted, acquired and became CEO of Outlast Technologies, now a wholly portfolio of the Coors family. Returning to CoorsTek, Michael was promoted to CEO of CoorsTek, Inc. in February 2016. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He and his wife Charity reside with their three children in Evergreen, Colorado.

Randel Mercer joined CoorsTek in 1999 and has held a variety of global positions in general management, technology, and business development. Prior to CoorsTek, Randel served as marketing & product manager at Morgan Technical Ceramics, in addition to roles at Halma and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Randel has a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Timothy Coors - CEO

Timothy Coors is the Chief Executive Officer of CoorsTek, Inc. Timothy also serves on the Board of Directors of Fiskeby AB, AC Summit, and Restoration Project (a non-profit). Timothy has worked for Graphic Packaging International, Fiskeby AB, and CoorsTek Inc. He has served in a variety of research, production, quality, and project management roles including plant manager and general manager. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, successfully leading continuous improvement during his tenure at six plants across the United States and Europe. In February, 2016, Timothy was promoted to CEO of CoorsTek Inc. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining from Colorado School of Mines, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. He and his wife Jennifer reside with their six children in Colorado. Timothy Coors is the Chief Executive Officer of CoorsTek, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Fiskeby AB, AC Summit, and Restoration Project.

Torkel Rhenman

Torkel Rhenman is Executive Vice President of Intermediates & Derivatives (I&D) and Refining for LyondellBasell, one of the largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies in the world. Prior to his position at LyondellBasell, Mr. Rhenman served as CEO of Lhoist Group, a leading global mining and lime manufacturing company. He also spent 26 years with DuPont, serving in various commercial, manufacturing and management positions, including Global Business Director roles in DuPont Dow Elastomers and DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers. In 2008, he was appointed CEO of Solae LLC, a specialty food ingredient joint venture between DuPont and the U.S. agribusiness group Bunge. Mr Rhenman has led six global businesses ranging from chemicals, polymer, food ingredients to mining & minerals. He has extensive experience in strategy development, understanding complex global industry logic, industry consolidation, turn arounds and driving growth, both organic and through acquisitions. Mr. Rhenman has a unique international background and industry network having lived and worked in Sweden, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, United States and Japan He has six board experiences from European, Asian and US industrial, food ingredient and financial services companies and joint ventures.
