We help communities expose students to local careers using video. Expertise Project is a New York Benefit Corporation based in Troy, New York. Our career discovery video platform shrinks the Awareness Gap that exists between students and the world of local work opportunities by showing the pathways between them. We work with parents, students, educators, and employers to create short videos that introduce different industries and the professionals that work there - and show how to get the training and skills right in their school and local community.
